烧热油,煎香鸡件,盛起备用。
Heat oil, fry the chicken, take out & set aside.

洗净锅,烧热油,爆香配料及薯仔甘荀,调味, 加水, 炆至薯仔甘荀微软。
Clean the pan, heat oil, fry the spices, potato & carrot with seasonings. Keep cooking until the potato & carrot become soft.

加入鸡件炆至熟透,调味,转大火收汁,加入九层塔略炒,即可上碟。
Add chicken. Keep cooking until the chicken is done. Add seasonings & basil. Now it's done!
